Most organizations focus their staff training on developing their “hard skills” and professional competences. However, critically important: “soft skills” like communication skills, teamwork, leadership, time management, adaptability, emotional intelligence, how to deal with stress, traumatic events, depression etc. that will assist them with coping with the multidimensional demands of their job are often given too small an attention until it becomes a crisis.
These workshops are developmental focused and address the key skills, qualities and
attributes required to address these pertinent and important areas.

Assist participants in acquiring relevant skills and coping mechanisms to better handle the mental, emotional, psychological and behavioral aspects of the demands of their job.
